Game Day

Posted By: Ms. Aja on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 03:04 PM

Friday we had game day. We all brought in favorite games and puzzles from home. Then we taught our friends how to play our special games. We also got to have a guest PE teacher come in to do physical movement activities with us. Since it was raining we used the covered tennis courts to do relays, exercises, and movement games. Thank you Ms. Stephanie and Mr. John.

Dear Whales,

It looks like you are all doing a lot of fun and exciting things. Was game day as much fun as it looked? I got to do a game day with my sixth grade students last week. The rainbow garden looks beautiful, but I don’t know what a rainbow garden is? Are you planting rainbows? Do rainbows grow on trees?  I miss all of you very much, be extra nice to Ms. Aja and Ms. Sarah today.

Love,

Mr. Danny

Dear Mr. Danny,
A rainbow garden is something that has flowers and they are all the colors of the rainbow. We hope you come back for a visit. A rainbow garden is all sorts of colors. Game day was great and fun.
Love,
The Whales

Dear Ms. Katie,
Everybody is so big and so strong, just to let you know. Yes, we will teach you some of the outdoor exercises that we learned.
Love,
The Whales
